Mobile clinic van now available at Bhatkal Taluka hospital

Bhatkal 27 November 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) 'Sanchara Aarogya Gataka Sevegalu' (Mobile clinic van) provided by the Scheduled tribe welfare department of Central Government was on Monday inaugurated by Bhatkal-Honnavar MLA Sunil Naik at Taluka Government Hospital of Bhatkal. The van comes with in-built machines and medical equipment that can detect, examine and treat about 21 parts of a human body. Bhatkal MLA Sunil Naik, flagged off the vehicle at Bhatkal Taluka Government Hospital and hoped for it to save its purpose by helping the needy on time and serving the people of Bhatkal. The van was inaugurated after a formal check-up of the MLA himself, by the team of medics who will be available for service in the van. "The van will travel to each village of the Taluka for a substantial week, and will cover all the remote locations of the rural areas of the Taluka" Sunil Naik added while inaugurating the van.
