MLA J D Naik campaigns for Congress candidates in TMC polls

Bhatkal – As the election date coming closer and the assembly election is also coming after TMC polls, all party workers are busy in campaigning for their candidates. As a part of this, Bhatkal MLA Mr J D Naik seen campaigning for the Congress candidate in ward no. 23 of Chautani locality. On this occasion residents of the area blamed present councilor Ms Lalita Pandurang for ignoring the people and not doing any development work in the region. After listening, the grievances, Mr Naik assured permanent solution to their drainage and road problems. He said that the Govt has already allotted 50 lakh rupees for this purpose and if Congress candidate wins from this area, he will solve all their problems. While praising the party he said, 'Congress is the only party which always thinks for the betterment of people and which always upholds interest of common man.'
