Miscreants in Byndoor attack a truck laden with cattle

7 Oct 2013 / Bhatkallys News Byndoor: Some miscreants last night attacked a truck laden with cattle in Hiroor area of Byndoor and also beat men travelling in them thereby causing them injuries. The police arrested 8 persons in the connection but soon released them on bail. The injured have been identified as Samiullaah, Rizwan and Mansoor. As per sources, these men were transporting cattle from Byndoor to Gangavaly. When they reached Byndoor National Highway, a group of 20-25 miscreants attacked their vehicle and whipped them up with sticks and also looted Rs 1 lakh cash which they had with them. On hearing the news, Kundapur DySP Mr. CB Patil reached Byndoor and brought the situation under control. Both parties have registered a case at Byndoor Police Station.
