Mentally unstable woman found dead in Honnavar

Honnavar 17 August 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) A mentally unstable woman from Sirsi was found dead at Konekar Salakeri of Honnavar Taluka on August 17 Friday. The deceased has been identified as Geeta Palankar, a resident of Sirsi. Accourding to the sources, Geeta who was mentally unstable had left her home on Thursday morning following which her family was looking for her and had lodged a police complaint. However, today her body was found in a suspicious manner at Konekar Salakeri of Honnavar taluk. The police personnel rushed to the spot shifted the body to Government hospital for the post-mortem. A case has been registered at Honnavar police station and further investigation are underway. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
