Mavin Kurve Panchayat holds Gram Sabha meet

25th June 2013 / Rizwan Gangavaly / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: A Gram Sabha meeting was held today at Panchayat's Sabha Bhavan Hall for people residing under limits of Mavin Kurve Gram Panchayat. On this occasion, residents of Mavin Kurve panchayat area demanded repairing of roads, solution to problems related to ration card application, and provisions for more facilities in schools, etc. In relation to ration card, people complained that people leave their routine work and stand in the queue for the entire day but still they have to return back empty-handed due to server errors and power-cuts. They requested that some alternative arrangements be made for it. Apart from it, they requested that huge pot-holes on the road leading to Talgod be repaired. Panchayat Head Dasa Mastappa Naik after listening to all these issues, gave assurance to resolve them.
