Manki: Al-Hilal School Hosts Zonal Level Sports Meet

Manki - 03 Sep 2011: A 2-day Zonal Level Inter-School Sports Meet inaugurated today morning here at Al-Hilal School Grounds, Manki. Around 450 students from 10 different Schools are competing each other in different individual and team events at this Sports Meet.

The inaugural program was begun with the Qir'at of Abdul Muiz Abida followed by Naat by Abdul Mannan. The School Head Master, Mr A H M Mujawar greeted the participants and delivered introductory speech.

On this occasion Bhatkal TMC President, Mr Inayatullah Shabandri, Mr Jafer Sadique Shabandri, Mr Chandra Gowda and several others interacted with the audience and highlighted the importance of Sports in students life.

The inaugural program was concluded with the vote of thanks by Mr Abu Mohammad Sawda.
