Mankal Vaidya hands out scholarships to deserving students

14th June 2013 / Rizwan Gangavaly / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: Bhatkal MLA Mankal Vaidya today afternoon handed out scholarships granted by Gramin Sangha to deserving students at Sabha Bhavan Hall, Jaali Road. On this occasion, Mankal Vaidya while expressing his thoughts said that the scholarships awarded by Gramin Sangha for educational purpose are worthy of praise. While emphasizing the importance of eduction, he mentioned that in the present world only the educated excel in life and hence students yearning for education should advance forward and for them, such kind of programs should be frequently organized. On this occasion, Cheif Guest Jagannath, T S Shashidhar, Bhaskar Naik, D B Naik, and other guests also expressed their thoughts. Gramin Sangha on this occasion felicitated Mankal Vaidya with a shawl.
