Mangaluru 02 Dec 2017: People on different social media platform slammed the local saffron organizations for uploading a 'confessional video' of a girl, citing the organizations are trying to give it the communal color to disturb the communal harmony in the region.
The Hindu girl, a student of city based college, had allegedly fell in love with a Muslim guy, Aamir Suhail, who was recently arrested in charges of drugs peddling in the city, as part of city police's crackdown on the drug related activities.
As per the reports Aamir Suhail used to allegedly supply drugs to the girl, when they both fell in love with each other. Even after the arrest of Aamir, the girl wanted to be with Aamir, irritated by this development, saffron organizations confronted the girl and convinced her to come back to her parents.
Things took an ugly turn when the saffron organization uploaded the video on social media wherein the girl reportedly admitted of falling in love with Aamir and agreed to come back to her parents after the talks with the organization's members.
Several organizations and individuals slammed the saffron organization for this act and some slammed them for trying to give it communal color of 'Love Jihad'.
The girl is said to be under depression while the boy is reportedly facing boycott from the Muslim community for his illegal activities.
