She was living in rented house at Padavinangady and Kulai before owning a house at Kulai Gudde. The tragic death of husband C S Suresh made Radhika to continue the ambulance service as its driver. Suresh, who owned an ambulance vehicle, had taught Radhika driving before he succumbed to cancer in 2002. With two children of seven and four years, Radhika took up the responsibility of family in a different role. At present, she is the owner of 10 ambulances.
