Mangaluru: Police commissioner warns against illegal banners and reflexes

Bhatkallys News Bureau/ Wafa Kifa Mangaluru: City Police Commissioner T R Suresh has warned to file FIR against those who engage themselves to install illegal banners and flexes in City Police Commissioners Jurisdiction. He made it clear in a Phone-in program on Friday, March 16. Commissioner attended various calls regarding several issues by public. Regarding illegal flexes at Mulki which are disrupting the pedestrians and motorists, commissioner said that there will be strict action taken against those who install banners without seeking the permission from authorities and assured the caller that so far three FIRs has been filed regarding the issue. A majority of callers complained against harsh driving of buses and related issues. To which the police commissioner directed Inspector Kumaraswam to inspect the buses and asked them to rectify if there are any loopholes.
