Man Kills himself 15 years after Committing a 'SIN'

Kundapur, 10 July 2016: Jarish Joseph (34) a resident of Kundapur Taluka allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself to death on Friday. The body was found by a rickshaw driver on Saturday morning. Local police has registered the case of Suicide and has initiated the investigation. In a suicide note found in his pocket, he stated that he alone was responsible for his death, and that he was taking the extreme step as he was haunted by a mistake he had committed 15 years ago. "Forgive me for the mistake I committed 15 years ago. No one should feel sad. Death alone is the punishment for the sin I committed. Forgive me," the death note stated. Forensic experts, Kundapur DySP Manjunath Shetty, Byndoor circle inspector Sudarshan, Kollur station inspector and other police personnel visited the place. Byndoor MLA Gopal Poojary visited the house of the deceased and offered condolences to the bereaved family.
