Man killed in bike accident near Karwar

Bhatkallys News Bureau/ I. Zaorez Shabab Karwar 13 October 2017: A biker lost his life after crashing into a sand carrier on National Highway 66 near Rock Garden on Friday morning. The police identified the deceased as Manjunath Ganapathy (21) from Sarodhya Nagar. Karwar Traffic Police rushed to the spot and shifted Manjunath to Apollo Hospital where the victim breathed his last. Speaking to Bhatkallys.com, an official from Karwar Traffic Police said Manjunath lost control over his KTM bike when truck driver took a sudden turn en route from Goa to Karwar. He added, the driver has been arrested and an FIR has been registered. Police officials are investigating the case.
