Man enters house, tries to kidnap sleeping child in Bhatkal, case registered

Bhatkal 26 September 2019: Bhatkal Town Police on Wednesday has registered a complaint from a family residing in Jamiabad, alleging that an unidentified man tried to kidnap a one-year old kid who was sleeping in the house on Wednesday Morning. According to complaint, on Wednesday morning around 8:30am, an unidentified man entered the house belonging to Huzaifa Syed Mohammed at Jamiabad road of Madina Colony, and allegedly tried to kidnap a one-year old kid who was sleeping in the house. The alert mother who noticed the man taking the kid away screamed and called for help, local resident who noticed it came to her help. Shocked over all the sudden happenings, the man left the kid there and fled from the spot. The family claimed in the complaint that the man had worn Helmet and a blue T-shirt. The police have begun investigating the case.
