Man dies after falling from coconut tree in Kumta

Kumta 12 December 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) A daily wage labourer breathed his last after falling from a coconut tree here at Kadekodi of Kumta taluk on Tuesday December 11. The deceased has been identified as Hanumanta Jatti Pataghar (56), resident of Kadekodi. As per sources, when Hanumantha had climbed a coconut tree belonging to Shankar Bagawat, he slipped from a great height and sustained severe injuries. He was soon rushed to Government hospital of Kumta, where he was declared brought dead. A case has been registered at Kumta police station. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
