Man dies after coming under train; Suicide suspected

Honnavar 25 September 2019: A man allegedly committed suicide by coming under a train here at Haldipur of Honnavar Taluka on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Nagappa Babu Harikanth (35), a reisident of Haldipur. On Tuesday Morning, during inspection of Railway tracks, the railway officials found his body near the track. The exact reason for his exterme step is yet to be ascertained. A case has been registered at Honnavar Police station.
