Bhatkal: 07 November 2025 (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Police have arrested one person in connection with the seizure of unaccounted cash and gold ornaments worth lakhs from a private bus that arrived in Bhatkal from Mumbai earlier this week.
The arrested man has been identified as Mohammed Irfan, a resident of Bilal Khand, Gulmi near Usman Nagar in Bhatkal. Bhatkal Town PSI Naveen Naik confirmed the arrest and said further investigation is in progress.
