Madrassa Talimul Islam Honnavar holds its annual function

April 30, 2016 | Correspondent | Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: Madrassa Talimul Islam Roshan Mohalla Honnavar held its annual function after Isha prayers on Friday. The function was presided over by Principal of Jamia Islamia Bhatkal, Maulana Maqbool Kobatte. On this occasion, the students entertained the audience with wonderful hymns, poems, and speeches. Dialogues describing the present evils in the society embellished the function. Speaking at the occasion, Jamia Masjid Bhatkal's Imaam and Khateeb Maulana Abdul Aleem Khateeb emphasized the importance of veil for women. Equating the women with jewels and precious ornaments, the maulana said that just like we safegaurd our precious ornaments, women should safegaurd their veils. Maulana Maqbool Kobatte, Maulana Abddul Ahad Fakerdey, Maulana Mohammed Saood and others also expressed their thoughts at the occasion. On this occasion, youths of Al Falah Sports Center Roshan Mohalla presented the guests with mementos. – ARF
