Madeena lifts 'Sahil Silver Jubilee Cup'

Bhatkal - 09 Feb 2012: Madeena defeated Azad in the final of Sahil Silver Jubilee Cricket Tournament which was organized by Sahil Sports Center, Nastar as a part of its Silver Jubilee celebrations. As much as 46 teams from Shirur to Honnavar were participated in this 15 day long tournament. The winner was awarded with Trophy and Rs 22,222/- cash while the runner-up received trophy and Rs 8,888/- cash prize.

Bhatkal TMC President, Mr Inayatullah Shabandri, Zilla Panchayat President, Mr Mankal Vaidya, Mr Ramayan Naik, Mr Ateequr Rahman Shanbandri and others were present on the stage.
