Live-stock laden vehicle attacked; One arrested

Bhatkal - 23 Oct 2011: Miscreants attacked a vehicle which was transportingcattlehere at Katri cross, Sagar roadon Friday nightand badly damaged the vehicle. According to the sources, a Maruti Omni was heading towards Bhatkal from Sagar road, when it reached Katri cross, unknown miscreants attacked the vehicle by blocking the road and later handed it over to the police. One person have been arrested in this connection.

A case has been registered in the Bhatkal rural police station and the investigation in going on.
