Life guards save three drowning tourists at Murdeshwar

Bhatkal 15 July 2019: In yet another incident, Life guards at Murdeshwar beach rescued three more tourists who were washed away by waves while swimming at the beach here on Sunday. The victims SC Anand, Harish and Suresh Gangachowdayya of Doddaballapura had come to Murdeshwar for picnicking. However, while swimming in the sea, they were washed away by huge tide and soon were seen drowning. Life Guards who noticed them, swung into action and rescued the trio. Life Guard Chandrashekhar Harikanth and Shashidar Naik were involved in the rescue operation.
