Kumta: One seriously injured car-bike collision

Bhatkal News Bureau/ I. Zaorez Shabab Bhatkal 02 August 2017: One person was seriously injured in a car-bike collision on Mirzan National Highway 66 on Wednesday afternoon. As per the sources, the bike and car got involved in a head-on collision injuring the biker seriously. The biker is identified as Praveen Halegar (26) a resident of Hangal Taluk in Haveri district. He was rushed to Kumta Government hospital after sustaining serious injuries, and was later shifted to a hospital in Hubli for further treatment.
