Kumta: Man dies after falling into well while pulling water

Kumta 26 December 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) A 45-year-old man died after falling into a well while pulling water from it here at Alvikodi of Kumta Taluka on Tuesday, 25 December. The deceased has been identified as Chandrashekhar Rama Naik, a resident of Kumta. It has been gathered that, Rama around 10.00 pm on Tuesday slipped into the well which was very deep in length, while pulling water from it as a result of his fall, he reportedly drowned into the water and couldn't save himself. A case has been registered at Kumta police station. (Bhatkallys News Bureau)
