Kollur: Rajasthan CM's Kundapur visit left people deprived from visitng temple

Zaorez Shabab Kundapur 20 Nov 2017: Devotees who had come from far away places to the Kollur temple, had to return without entering it due to the heavy security deployed for Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje's visit to the temple. Entrance to the temple was barred for public from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm with any notification in advance which added to the woes of the public especially those who traveled a long distance to visit the temple. Raje, arrived at Mangaluru from Bengaluru via special flight and landed in Kollur on a helicopter. Udupi district BJP president, Mattar Ratnakar Hegde, BJP leader, Sukumar Shetty, and members of the managing committee of the temple were present.
