KEA announces CET for admissions to engineering, medical colleges on April 16, 17

Bengaluru, Jan 16: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has officially announced that the CET (Common Entrance Test) for admissions to engineering and medical colleges will be conducted on April 16 and 17. Higher Education Minister Dr M C Sudhakar confirmed the dates.

KEA has also informed that online applications for the CET will be accepted from January 23 to February 21.

CET Schedule:

• April 16:

  • Morning 10:30 - Physics
  • Afternoon 2:30 - Chemistry

• April 17:

  • Morning 10:30 - Mathematics
  • Afternoon 2:30 - Biology

For Kannada language exam:

• April 18: The Kannada language exam will be conducted for candidates from other states and border regions.

Students are advised to make proper preparations for the exam, the KEA said in a press statement.
