KDP meeting held at Taluka Panchayat office of Bhatkal

Bhatkal 27 June 2019: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Bhatkal MLA Sunil Naik on Thursday Chaired the KDP meeting held here at Taluka Panchayat office of Bhatkal and discussed on various issues of the Taluka.
Speaking on the issues of Taluka, MLA Sunil Naik urged AMO of Govt. hospital of Bhatkal to put up a banner on issuing of Ayushman cards and information regarding it, so people can avoid confusion regarding them.
As it is difficult to take animals to hospital in case of medical emergency, the members of Taluka Panchayat in the meeting urged to start a toll free number so prople can use it in case of emergency
Speaking on the Govt. schools of Bhatkal BEO said, "Already the books to the students have been distributed. Uniforms will be distributed with in the end of this month."
MLA Sunil Naik urged BEO to take strict action on teachers who are irregular to school.
MLA Sunil Naik questioned HESCOM official about the defects in digital meters set up to people. Responding to that HESCOM official said, we didn't receive any information regarding the defects. However, we would do free service if we receive information regarding the defects.
Various other issues of taluka were also discussed during the meeting.
On this occasion heads of all Department were present during the meeting.
