Kasturba Hospital Manipal to hold free cardiac screening camp from July 26-31

26 July 2013 / Press Release / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: Kasturba Hospital, (KMC) Manipal is organizing a specialized Super Specialty Camp for BPL ration card holders from 26th to 31st July 2013, on all days (except Sunday), from 2.00pm to 4.00pm. Through this camp, Kasturba Hospital is extending the cardiology services free of cost to the BPL card holders. All the BPL card holders are eligible to avail the benefits under this camp. Dr. (Col) M Dayananda, Medical Superintendent of Kasturba Hospital announced that The Free treatment package covers free OP consultation with specialists from the departments of Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery. Required diagnostic procedures like ECG, Echo, and TMT will be carried out free of cost to the patients who require them. Patients who require further treatment as an inpatient will be offered cashless treatment under Government of Karnataka schemes offered in Kasturba Hospital.
