Karwar: Unable to repay his loans, Man commits suicide

Karwar 13 February 2018: A dead body of man was found on the beach behind Karnataka University's post graduation center of Karwar here on 13 Feb Tuesday.

The deceased has been identified as Bony Anthony Megis.

It is said that Bony had been debt ridden for several months as he had borrowed loan and was unable to repay and had thus tried to commit suicide twice in the past.

A case has been registered at Karwar Police Station and further investigations are underway to ascertain the reason for suicide.
