Karwar records highest temperature in India on Monday

Karwar 27 November 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Karwar district registered highest temperature across India for a day on Monday, according to the weather department, as temperatures in the district scaled up to 36.6 degree Celsius for the day.
