Karnataka reports 275 fresh Covid cases, zero deaths in last 24 hours

Bengaluru, Sep 24: Karnataka on Saturday, September 24, reported 275 new coronavirus cases. As per the bulletin released by the state health department, the active cases in the state stand at 3,095. Bengaluru urban's single-day tally is 132. No deaths were reported due to coronavirus in the state on Saturday. The death toll in the state has risen to 40,238.   The state recorded 241 discharges from hospitals on Saturday, taking the total discharges to 40,20,052. So far, Karnataka has seen 40,63,427 positive cases since the start of the pandemic in March 2020. The positivity rate for the day stands at 1.30%. As many as 11,98,71,974 people have received vaccination so far.
