Karnataka 2nd PUC result out: Princilla secures highest marks in Science stream, here's a list of stream-wise toppers

Bangalore, 09 April: The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has declared the Karnataka 2nd PUC result 2026, today, April 9, 2026, at 3 PM. This year, approximately 7.10 lakh students appeared for the 2nd PUC examinations conducted between February 28 and March 17, 2026. The 2nd PUC examinations were conducted from February 28 to March 17, 2026.The KSEAB has confirmed the release of the stream-wise toppers' list during the press release. With results now live on official portals, students can access their scorecards digitally. The Science Stream has once again managed to retain its supremacy by securing the highest passing percentage with 91.69%. This stream continues to remain the most challenging of all, with more than 2.66 lakhs passing candidates in the examination.

Commerce students recorded a solid performance with 88.04% pass rate. Of 2,07,085 candidates, 1,82,317 passed the examination, narrowing the gap with Science stream and demonstrating steady academic improvement across subjects like Accountancy and Economics.

Karnataka 2nd PUC result 2026: Arts toppers

The Arts stream, while still trailing other streams, showed a significant surge to 72.86% pass rate from last year’s 53.29%. Out of 1,34,921 students, 98,310 cleared the exams, marking Arts as the most improved stream in percentage terms.
