1.Finance Manager: Position Code (FM-DIIC-KSA): Nationality: Jordanian/ Indian/ Sri Lankan/ Filipino.
Must be Chartered Accountant or CPA with SAP experience of over 8 to 10 years in manufacturing and contracting companies. Must be able to address company's financial matter and should be able to make presentation to Board of Directors and answer the queries raised by them. Good knowledge of accounting skills (monthly closing, budgeting, costing) is necessary along with good analytical and financial analysis skills. He should have experience in operational and financial controls and is involved in credit management with banks/financial institutions.
Salary offered: 12K -15k SAR Consolidated +30 days paid leave yearly with family benefits(air ticket + Private Health Insurance Card+ Visa expenses up to two kids)+ performance based annual bonus (1 salary to 5 salary)+ performance based annual increment (5 to 10%).
2. Civil Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer/ Electrical Engineer: Position Code (PEC/PEM/PEE- DIIC-KSA): Nationality: Arabs
Must be Graduate Engineer with 6 to 7 years experience in construction company doing water treatment plant (WTP) projects and Ductile Iron Pipe line networks for potable water. Sound technical and works management skills are a must.
Salary Offered: 8K SAR consolidated+ annual 30 days paid leave with air ticket for self + annual performance based bonus+ annual increment +Private Health Insurance Card for Self.
3. Proposal Engineer/Estimation Engineer (Process Equipments): Position Code (Est. Engr-Process Equipment- DIIC-KSA): Nationality: Indian
Must be Graduate Mechanical or Chemical Engineer with 5 to 7 years experience in Estimation for Process equipments like Pressure vessels column, heat exchanger, storage tanks etc. Sound technical and management skills are a must. He must be proficient in PV Elite and AutoCAD.
Salary Offered: 11K to 12K SAR consolidated+ +30 days paid leave yearly with family benefits(air ticket + Private Health Insurance Card+ Visa expenses up to two kids)+ performance based annual bonus (1 salary to 5 salary)+ performance based annual increment (5 to 10%).

4. Construction Manager: Position Code: (CM-Buildings- DIIC-DXB): Nationality: Indian/Arabs.
Must be Civil Engineer with over 15 years experience in high rise building construction projects. Must have worked as project Manager or construction Manager for at least 3 to 4 years. Good Managerial skills are must along with techno-commercial knowledge. Earlier Experience on any DAMAC project will have edge over others.
Salary Offered: 18K to 22K AED consolidated+ annual 30 days paid leave with family benefits+ Annual performance bonus.
5. Quantity Surveyor: Position Code: (QS-Buildings-DIIC-DXB): Nationality: Indian/Filipino/Arabs.
Must be Civil Engineer with over 8 to 10 yrs years experience as quantity surveyor for high rise building construction projects. He must have worked as QS for at least 3 years. His initial experience in construction site will have added advantage. Good techno-commercial knowledge is must. He should have good experience in contract administration(Pre-contract and Post Contract). Must have exposure to FIDIC+POMI+CESMM-1 to 3.Earlier Experience on any DAMAC project will have edge over others.
Salary Offered: 10 to 12K consolidated+ annual 30 days paid leave with benefits+ Annual performance bonus.
6. Planning & Contracts Manager: Position Code: (P&C-DIIC-DXB): Nationality: British.
Must be Civil Engineer or QS with over 18 years experience in Planning and contracts management for Infrastructure Projects (Roads, Bridges, Underground services), in contracting companies. Must have worked in the capacity of Planning and Contract Manager for Infrastructure construction companies in GCC, at least for 3 years.. Good Managerial skills are must along with techno-commercial knowledge.
Salary Offered: 10K to 12K USD consolidated+ annual 30 days paid leave with family benefits + Health Insurance Card+ Annual performance based bonus+ Annual increment.
7. CCS Estimator-Civil-For Infrastructure works: Position Code: (CCS-Estimator- DIIC-DXB):
Nationality: Indian/Pakistani/Arabs.
Must be Civil Engineer or QS with over 12 to 15 years experience in Tendering or Estimation of Infrastructure works (Roads, Bridges, Underground services), in contracting companies. Must have used CCS software for Tendering of Infrastructure projects in UAE/GCC. Must have good communication and inter-personal skills with techno-commercial knowledge.
Salary Offered: 20K to 25K AED consolidated+ annual 30 days paid leave with family benefits + Health Insurance Card+ Annual performance based bonus+ Annual increment.
8. Sales Executive/Engineer(Construction Chemicals): Position Code: (SE-Construction Chem- DIIC-DXB): Nationality: Indian/Filipino/Arabs.
Any Graduate with 2 to 3 years of sales and marketing experience of construction chemicals in UAE. Must have UAE driving license. Good English communications skills are must. Candidates, who can join immediately, need apply.
