JIH organizes Public Meet on 'Kuntum Khaira Ummatin"

Bhatkal - 09 Feb 2011: 'Ummat-e-Muslimah is a final Ummah and it is entitled as Khair-e-Ummah, the duties of this Ummah is to invite people towards Allah and warn against evils. But today we have forgotten our duties and the result is infront of us.' said Mr Abdullah Javed, Ameer JIH Karnataka & Goa Zone. He was addressing the audience here at Anjuman School Grounds as a part of Jamat-e-Islami Hind's Karnataka State level campaign on 'Khair-e-Ummat'. He said that today whole world is in search of Just and Peace but no religion guarantees except Islam. Islam is a solution for mankind. He added.

The program was begun with the recitation of verses from holy Quran. Later Mr Chaman Miyan presented brief introduction of guests and purpose of holding this campaign. Later several eminent Ulema-e-Din from Bhatkal town including Bhatkal Qazi, Moulana Mulla Iqbal Nadvi, Moulana Khwaja Madani, Moulana Abdul Bari Nadvi, Moulana Jafer Faqui and Mr Shabbir Ahmed Khan have addressed the gathering.

The program was concluded just before Maghrib prayers with the thanks giving speech of Mr Qadir Meeran Patel.
