Jeddah: Consulate General felicitates Nouf Marwaai on being awarded Padma Shri

Jeddah 27 March 2018: Consulate General of India, Jeddah on March 26 organized a felicitation program for Nouf Marwaai for winning highest civilian award of India Padma Shri for her contributions in Yoga. The event was organized at the Consulate General’s office here in Jeddah.
Nouf was recently awarded Padma Shri for her years of service and contribution in Yoga internationally.
Labour Consul Moinuddin compered the event and presented welcome note to the audience.
Students of Nouf were also asked to address the occasion who spoke about her efforts and the kind of inspiration she is to her students.
Consulate General Muhammad Noor Rahman Shaikh, then addressed the event praised the services and efforts of Nouf in the field of Yoga.
People from several communities were called in as the special guests of the Consulate General for the felicitation event.
