JCI takes out anti-drug rally in Bhatkal

Bhatkal 27 September 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Junior Chamber International (JCI) Bhatkal unit on Thursday organised a anti-drugs rally along with students of several schools of the town, and marched through NH 66, Main road, Market area and dispersed at Bhatkal town police station.
Students along with placards displaying the effects of drugs use, shouted slogans urging people to build a drugs free society.
Students of schools and colleges including New English School, Anjuman degree college participated in the rally and lent their support towards the cause raised by the JCI Bhatkal unit.
Towards the end, the students gathered at the Town Police Station where Bhatkal Dy.SP Valentine D'Souza addressed the students and remained firm about working towards the drug-free Bhatkal.
