Jamia Delegation attends Abu Dhabi Ijlas

Bhatkallys.com Bureau Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi- Markaz Al Nawayath Abu Dhabi, hosted its annual jalsa at the residence of Kadli Hasib on Thursday. The aam ijlas was attended by the visiting delegation of Jamia Islamia Bhatkal which was represented by Shabandri Shafi Master, Nazim Jamia and Moulana Abdul Bari Nadvi, Principal Jamia Islamia Bhatkal. Farooq Musba, the president of Markaz Al Nawayath welcomed the guests after the recitation of Holy Quran. A report presenting an overview of the markaz was presented by Lateef Siddiqui which was followed by a financial report by Kola Ashraf. A question and answer session followed the official programme, where in members of the markaz enquired about initiatives undertaken by the assoication. The visiting delegation of Jamia Islamia Bhatkal also interacted with the audience with Moulana Abdul Bari Nadvi speaking on the topic of 'Purity in Islam'. He also thanked the members for their support in making the Jamia Education Conference successful. Post-conference, Jamia Islamia Bhatkal has been successful in building partnerships with foreign universities and institutions. Riyadh University has offered Arabic teacher-training for academics at Jamia Islamia where-in experts from Riyadh will visit Jamia and train teachers. Also they visited Rabita Alame Islami, Jeddah which offered Haj Package for Teachers from Jamia every year. Similarly, Madina University agreed on a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Jamia to enrol students from Jamia Islamia Bhatkal for higher studies in Madina University. Shafi Master also thanked the audeince and gave valuable advice by sharing his experinces. A vote of thanks was delivered by Moulvi Abdul Qudus Nadvi as the ijlas concluded with a dua from Afrika Irshad.
