Jamaat-ul-Muslimeen wins a case after 6 years of trial

28th May 2013 / Rizwan Gangavaly / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal- After six years of trial in the Civil Court of Bhatkal, decision of a case related to an automobile shop in Jamaat Complex was conferred in favour of Jamaatul Muslimeen. As per the details, this auto-mobile shop located in Jamaat Complex adjacent to Noor Masjid was running illegally. Hence, a case was filed against it in the Civil Court of Bhatkal. After six years of trial, the decision was ultimately conferred one month before in favour of Jamaatul Muslimeen. The shop-keeper filed a request for a month's time on the court and now after a month he has vacated the shop and now all praise be to Allaah it is under the authority of Jamaatul Muslimeen Bhatkal.
