Independent candidate files nomination

13th April 13 / Rizwan Gangavaly / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: For Assembly elections to be held on 5th May 2013, an independent candidate from Bhatkal-Honnavar Assembly constituency, Mr. Ira Durgappa Naik, a resident of Chautani, has submitted his nomination papers at the Assistant Commissioner's office. Abiding by the Election Commission regulation only five persons were allowed inside the AC's office.
