Incessant rain halts fishing activities in Bhatkal

Bhatkal - 03 Sep 2011: Incessant rain from the past one week paralyzed normal life in Bhatkal. The fishing activity is also completely disrupted following heavy rain and high tides in the Sea.

Mr Usman Gani, a boat owner while speaking to 'Bhatkallys.com' said that on Monday few boats went for fishing but they came back sighting rough weather. He said that, nearly 100 fishing boats are stranded at Bhatkal bundar hoping for good weather.
