Inayathullah Shabandri Vows Government to support PSI Revathi

Bhatkallys News Service/ Rizwan Gangavali Bhatkal 02 September 2016: Janata Dal Secular (JDS) today held a press conference in wake of recent suspension of Town PSI Revathi and vowed Government and higher officials to act immediately on complaints made by PSI Revathi against ASP Anoop Kumar for allegedly harassing her on duty and interrupting her investigation against top BJP officials in a case relating to Raw flesh abundant in Temple premises triggering communal tension in town. JDS Bhatkal unit President Inayathullah Shabandri who was chairing the press conference requested Govt. and Top officials to support PSI Revathi and enquire the whole issue  as the lady officer was well aware of the conditions and situations of the town and her statements against BJP leaders and her seniors cannot be ignored and needs to be considered for further course of action against goons who are trying to disturb and disrupt peace of town. He also warned of protests against the Govt. if their demand of supporting the lady officer is not met, he further added if the Govt. fails to support her, it will be the general public who will loose their faith from Police department and Government. It is to be noted that the issue has been a hot topic of the town since, PSI Revathi after her suspension penned down a letter to Home Minister and Chief Minister complaining against ASP Anoop Kumar and BJP leaders of conspiring of triggering communal tension in town on the occasion of EID. Several other JDS members were present in the press conference which was organized in a private hotel of the town
