Idara Adab Islami Karnataka and Goa organizes felicitation program

Bangalore - Idara Adab Islami Karnataka and Goa organized a felicitation program and Mushaira Night here in Bangalore. On this occasion four eminent personalities from Karnataka have been felicitated with Hafeez Meeruti Award and Abdul Mughni Award. This award was comprised of Sipasnama, Shawl, Memento and 1,000/- rupees cash. The program was presided over by Dr Mohammed Haneef Shabab, President Idara Adab Islami Karnataka and Goa Unit. The chief guests of the function were Mr Chiranjeevi Singh, former IAS officer and Mr Al-Haj Ateeque Ahmed Saheb, Managing Director, Salar Publications. Later in the night a beautiful Mushaira was held wherein poets from Karnataka, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu have participated and enthralled the audience with their heart touching poetry. The Mushaira session was presided over by Mr Fayyaz Shakeeb, President Idara Adab Islami, Bangalore Unit.
