Idara Adab Islami, Bhatkal Unit hosts Mushaira

Bhatkal - 26 Dec 2011: Bhatkal Unit of Idara Adab Islami Hind hosted a Urdu Mushaira here at Shams English Medium High School on the occasion of its Annual Day Celebrations.

The program was started with the Qirat of Moulana Azeezul Rahman Nadvi, Muslim Bijapuri presented Naat. Later, Mr Mazhar Mohiddin's poetic collection, 'Lafz Lafz Roshni' was released by Atharullah Sharief. After this, Mushaira session was begun which was presided over by Mr Mazhar Mohiddin. Poets from Bhatkal and outside including Janab Musarrat Pasha, Janab Muslim Bijapuri, Janab Mushtaque Gauhar, Janab Anwar Khan Anwar, Mr Affan Bafaqi, Mr Syed Ashraf Barmawar, Mr Abdul Azeem Shaheen, Mr Abdullah Rafeeque, Mr Tabish and Dr Haneef Shabab have participated in the meet.
