"I didn't cast my vote in last 32 years" Dakshin Kannada District Judge

Bhatkallys News Bureau/ Wafa Kifa Mangaluru 05 April 2018: "I couldn't cast my vote since I joined the Judicial Service in 1986 that is since 32 years and now after my retirement I will be casting my vote", said District Principal Sessions Judge K S Beelagi putting all into the state of shock. He was speaking after inaugurating a blood donation camp which was organised by DK District SVEEP Committee with the theme 'Blood Donation to Save Lives, Voting to save Lives', on Wednesday, April 4. Judge further said that during every election year, he was transferred to some other places and was deprived of casting vote. He further said that once he tried to caste the vote in Gulbarga but his name was missing in the voters list and hence couldn't proceed. Many Officials along with Judge Mallana Gowda Patil, ZP CEO Dr M R Ravi, District Health Office Dr Ramakrishna Rao were present during the occasion.
