"How you play sports is what defines your character" Yunus Kazia tells youngsters

Bhatkal 1 January 2018: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) Prominent businessman of the community and official of Bhatkal Muslim Khaleej Council (BMKC) Yunus Kazia on Tuesday, in his address to youngsters and players of Bhatkal, shared his pieces of advises, here at the Taluka stadium YMSA ground. He was speaking at the opening ceremony of one of the local cricket tournament 'Nawayath trophy' organised by local sports club Labbaik Nawayath Association, which kicked off on January 1, Tuesday here. "How you play, how you behave and how you conduct yourselves during participation in sports, is what defines your character as a team and as an individual. It is basically a mirror of who you are, so be careful of how to put yourself on display while playing sports, because people will judge you as an individual based on their observations while you play the sports" Yunus added. He further advised the students to maintain unity while playing team games, as it proves to be the difference between two or more sides at the end of the game. Majlis-e-Islah wa Tanzeem General Secretary Altaf Kharuri, Moulana Abdul Ahad Fakerday, Moulana Azeezur Rahman Nadvi and others also addressed the youngsters and players of the participating teams of the 15-day tournament which will be played between 20 local teams affiliated to Bhatkal Muslim Youth Federation (BMYF). During the ceremony, BMYF President Imtiyaz Udyawar, Secretary Naseef Khalifa, Senior cricketer of Bhatkal Abdul Rahman Jukaku, Saleem Kola and others were present on the dias.
