House burgled in Bhatkal; Gold ornaments worth Rs 12 lakh stolen

Bhatkal - 25 May 2011: Bhatkal's famous dentist, Dr Keerthi Shetty's house located at Mankuli was reportedly burgled today morning. According to the sources, Dr Shetty was out of station for two days and when he reached home today morning he noticed the door is open and informed the police. When police arrived he inspected the house and found that Gold ornaments worth Rs 12 lakh kept in the cupboard are missing.

A case has been registered in Bhatkal town police station and the investigation is on in the leadership of CPI Guru Mathur.
