Honda car rams into Kamakshi petrol station at NH-66 Bhatkal, 1 injured

19 Oct 2013 / Rizwan Gangavaly / Bhatkallys News Bhatkal: Late yesterday night, a speeding Honda City car rammed into Kamakshi petrol station located at NH-66 Bhatkal after it lost control. Out of 4 persons travelling in the car, one person, identified as Abdullaah s/o Mohsin Ruknuddin, suffered minor injuries. He was given first-aid treatment at Government Hospital Bhatkal and later shifted to Murudeshwar. As per inputs, the car was travelling at high speed when, in a bid to save a bike coming from the opposite direction, completely lost control  and smashed into the petrol station thereby damaging substantially the front portion of the car and completely dislodging a diesel filling pump.
