Honavar police arrests man for posting morphed Kaabah photo

Bhatkallys News / June 15, 2017 – Police officials arrested a person in Honavar for posting fabricated images of the Holy Kaabah showing an image of the Hanuman idol on top of Islam’s holiest site. The morphed image was posted on Facebook by Jayant Naik, following which locals in Honaver and Murudeshwar protested. Bhatkal DYSP Shiv Kumar confirmed the arrest on Thursday and the alleged was held for questioning at the local police station.
