Hit and run case in Bhatkal: 23-year-old girl dies after truck rams into bike in Shirali

Bhatkal: 26 Nov (Bhatkallys News Bureau) In a road accident reported on Sunday morning a 23-year-old after a truck rammed into a bike before fleeing from the scene here on NH 66 in Shirali.

The deceased woman has been identified as Nikita Gonda (23), a resident of Kargil near Sagar. While Nikita died on the spot, two others have sustained injuries in the accident.

According to the reports, the deceased had come to her aunt's house in Bhatkal and was looking for a job here.

A case in this regard has been registered at local police station in this regard and further investigations are underway.
