Hike in fares of Bhatkal-Bengaluru private buses: Bhatkal Tahsildar warns bus agents

Bhatkal 13 October 2019: On receiving complaint on raising Ticket fare on Private bus which travels to Bengaluru and other destinations, Bhatkal Tahsildar VP Kotralli on Saturday night visited private bus stands and warned bus agents to take actions against them, if the raise in fare continues. Speaking regarding the matter, Tahsildar said, "I receive a complaint on raise of ticket fare during festival or any other special occasion, which has been causing inconveniences to the people." "I have warned the bus agents regarding the matter and will take actions against them, if it is continues in future." He added.
