Group of unidentified miscreants assault youngster in Bhatkal's Moosa Nagar

Bhatkal: (Bhatkallys News Bureau) In an incident reported on late Monday night, a group of miscreants who arrived on a car, reportedly assaulted a youngster with sharp weapons. The incident was reported from Moosa Nagar’s Badriya Colony. The person who was assaulted has been identified as Saddam Hussain, a resident of Jali Road in Bhatkal. According to the reports, the unidentified miscreants assaulted Saddam with weapons, causing him severe injuries before escaping from the crime scene. Injured Saddam was rushed to a local hospital for treatment by locals. He was then shifted to a hospital in Udupi for further treatment. A case in this regard has been registered at Bhatkal Town Police Station and further investigations are underway.
