Gram Panchayat polls to be held on May 8 and 12

The State Election Commission announced that the much-awaited gram panchayat (GP) elections across the State will be held in two phases in May.
The elections will for around six thousand gram panchayats be held in some districts on May 8 and in the remaining districts on May 12.
